Ringing is quickest
There is no switchboard and no call centre. The phone rings in the home and is picked up by the manager or the senior member of staff on duty.

Staffed 24 hours a day. Management enquiries are normally handled in office hours, but calls are answered at all times by care staff.

The senior member of staff on duty answers. They can give you information there and then, arrange an urgent visit if that is the right thing to do, or take your details so the Home Manager rings you back the following morning. Nobody is left with an answerphone.
